I don't know a rar file password, but i recover the password

i recently downloaded a Media file using Bittorrent but in the next session i noticed that the file requires a password and there is a small text file attached with the download with instructions on how to get the password. but the instructions are very vague and they seem more likely to be a sudoku puzzle!!!!!. What i understood frm the instructions is that the password is a "FOUR letter" word. I know some rar password recovery software can recover the password.i posted my question on some forums. Some people gave a suggestion.

Here is a guide to recover rar password with rar password recovery

Step1. Upload the target RAR file.
After download the tool to your computer, install and launch it. Then in the main interface, click “Open” to import the target RAR file to RAR Password Recovery.
